Marco Lupi is a young and talented Roman chef, from a new Italian generation. Marco’s cooking style shows a combination of a wide knowledge of Italian recipes and products, along with an extensive technical skillset originating from his professional education. His dishes, products and reinterpretations of the classic Italian cuisine are always deeply tied into the local traditions of each Italian region.
